Medicaid is a medical health insurance available for many people who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to acquire this government funded insurance. Whether or not an individual qualifies for Medicaid doesn't only determined by their earnings however, and individuals shouldn't presume they don't qualify because they make a fair income. If anyone is involved with substance abuse and wants help, they could use their Medicaid insurance coverage to obtain this help. If they don't have Medicaid and in addition don't have the money or some other type of health insurance to pay for treatment, they can find out if they are eligible for a Medicaid and then enroll in a drug and alcohol rehab program which is approved within their state.
