Medicaid is a form of health insurance available for many people who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to receive this government funded insurance coverage. Whether an individual qualifies for Medicaid doesn't only depend upon their earnings however, and people shouldn't presume they don't qualify just because they make a reasonable income.
