Medicaid is a type of health insurance available for individuals who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to acquire this government provided insurance. Whether someone qualifies for Medicaid doesn't only determined by income however, and individuals shouldn't presume they don't qualify just because they make a fair income. If somebody is involved in drug use and needs help, they could use their Medicaid insurance coverage to acquire this help. If they do not have Medicaid and in addition don't have the funds or any other form of medical insurance to cover rehab, they could determine if they are eligible for a Medicaid and then enroll in a drug treatment facility that is approved inside their state.
