Drug Alcohol Rehab Help

Help Me Find a Drug Rehab Center

South Portland, ME. - Medicare Accepted

Medicare is a sort of medical insurance designed by the U.S. government for older folks, along with people who have certain disabilities and diseases. If someone that has Medicare needs rehab for instances of drug or alcohol abuse, their rehab will be either covered fully by their Medicare health insurance or to a significant extent. The only exception is, the individual will have to obtain treatment coming from a drugs and alcohol detox facility which accepts Medicare. Before the individual will be allowed to begin rehabilitation, they may also have to see their physician who must state that rehab services are medically needed, and the physician will generally approve which kind of rehabilitation the individual will take part in. Medicare Part An and Part B cover different types of rehab providers. Part A pays for an inpatient stay in a Medicare accepted program if the individual must be in a hospital for their problem, along with the costs that they will have to cover personally are the same as any other stay in a hospital. Part B will partially cover outpatient rehabilitation in the Medicare accepted facility, and the individual will have to cover whatever Part B doesn't pay for with supplement insurance coverage or they'll have to self pay.
