Dual diagnosis rehabs are programs which deliver treatment to address both addiction and mental health concerns at the same time. Dual diagnosis clients also reap the benefits of behavioral rehabilitation which helps them develop more efficient coping mechanisms so they are able to better deal with life circumstances more effectively when they depart dual diagnosis rehab instead of returning to alcohol and drugs as an inferior option.
