Medicaid is a type of health care insurance available for those who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to acquire this government funded insurance coverage. If they do not have Medicaid plus don't have enough cash or any other kind of health care insurance to pay for treatment, they could see if they qualify for Medicaid and then enroll in a drug and alcohol rehab program that's approved inside their state.
