This situation is an extremely common trigger for substance abuse, which is an illustration of something which could be handled in rehabilitation. LGBT clients often would like to be accepted in their lives, and rehab will help them accept themselves and build confidence so that they can lead a wholesome life free from alcohol and drugs.
