Medicaid is a medical insurance available for many people who are in certain income brackets which qualifies them to receive this government funded insurance coverage. Whether or not someone qualifies for Medicaid doesn't only determined by their earnings however, and people shouldn't presume they don't qualify because they make an acceptable income.
