Medicare is a form of health insurance designed by the government for seniors, and also people who have specific disabilities and sicknesses. When someone that has Medicare needs rehab for cases of substance abuse, their rehabilitation will be either covered fully by their Medicare insurance or to a significant degree. The one catch is, the individual will have to obtain treatment from the drug rehab facility which accepts Medicare. Before the individual will be allowed to begin rehabilitation, they can also get to see their primary care physician who must declare that treatment services are medically needed, and the doctor will usually approve what type of rehabilitation the individual will do. Medicare Part An and Part B cover several types of treatment services. Part A covers an inpatient stay in a Medicare accepted center in the event that the individual should be in a hospital for issue, and the costs which they willwill have to cover personally are the same as every other stay in a hospital. Medicare Part B will partly cover outpatient treatment in a Medicare accepted facility, and the individual will need to cover whatever Medicare Part B doesn't pay for with supplement insurance coverage or they'll have to self pay.
