This can be a very difficult or painful existence, and leads many LGBT people to a life of drug use to numb these feelings. Rehabilitation counselors in a LGBT rehab will help clients repair relationships with their family members, in case their family disagree with their sexual preference as is generally the case. This situation is an extremely common trigger for drug use, which is an illustration of an issue that will be handled in rehab.
