Medicaid is a health insurance available for individuals who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to obtain this government funded insurance. Whether or not someone qualifies for Medicaid doesn't only determined by income however, and individuals shouldn't assume they don't qualify simply because they earn a reasonable income.
