A LGBT program offers an environment that's free from judgment, where LGBT clients can feel completely comfortable and safe divulging to their peers and rehab counselors problems which must be resolved to be able to get well. Rehabilitation counselors in a LGBT rehab will help clients mend relationships with their loved ones, in the case their loved ones disagree with their sexual choice as is usually the case.
