Offering gender-specific rehab services has proven very useful in situations where traditional rehab facilities have not meet expectations, for example dealing with situations in a women's life which can be unique and traumatic. Such issues may have to do with sexual abuse, physical trauma, psychological abuse, eating disorders, one's family members and motherhood, or another significant issues which can be particular to women.
