Offering gender-specific rehab services has proven beneficial in circumstances where standard rehabilitation facilities have not meet expectations, such as coping with situations inside a women's life that are distinctive and distressing. Such difficulties may relate to sexual abuse, physical trauma, mental abuse, eating disorders, one's family members and being a mother, or another serious issues which are specific to women.
