Dual diagnosis rehabs are facilities which provide treatment to address both addiction and mental health issues at the same time. Dual diagnosis clients also benefit from behavioral treatment which will help them develop far better coping mechanisms so they are better able to deal with life situations more effectively if they leave dual diagnosis rehab as opposed to returning to drugs and alcohol as a possible option.
