A group home for somebody who has tbeen involved with drug abuse is a facility which offers continuous support and help for people in recovery. A group home is ordinarily for troubled youth, but in addition there are group homes for folks with a mental health problem or who are experiencing behavioral difficulties for example. Instead of sending people who are being affected by drug abusedrug use or recovering from drug abuse to an orphanage, asylum or other similar place, a group home may help provide an appropriate environment to help individuals sustain stability within their lives and also have counsel and assistance within reach around the clock.
