Medicaid is a health insurance available for those who are in certain income brackets which qualifies them to acquire this government funded insurance coverage. Whether a person is qualified for Medicaid doesn't only depend upon their earnings however, and individuals shouldn't presume they don't qualify simply because they earn a reasonable income.
