Dual diagnosis rehabs are facilities which deliver rehabilitation to address both addiction and mental health issues at the same time. Dual diagnosis clients also benefit from behavioral rehabilitation that helps them develop more efficient coping mechanisms so that they are able to better deal with life situations better once they depart dual diagnosis rehab as opposed to returning to alcohol and drugs as an inferior answer.
