Medicaid is a health insurance available for many people who are in certain income brackets which qualifies them to obtain this government funded insurance coverage. Whether or not somebody is qualified for Medicaid doesn't only determined by their earnings however, and people shouldn't assume they don't qualify just because they make a reasonable income.
