Medicare is a type of health insurance designed by the U.S. government for senior citizens, as well as individuals with specific disabilities and illnesses. Medicare Part B will partially cover outpatient rehabilitation in the Medicare accepted program, and the individual will have to cover whatever Part B doesn't cover with supplement insurance coverage or they've got to self pay.
