Medicaid is a form of health insurance available for individuals who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to receive this government funded insurance coverage. Whether or not somebody is qualified for Medicaid doesn't only depend on their earnings however, and people shouldn't assume they don't qualify just because they make a reasonable income. For instance, men and women who have quite a few dependents may be eligible for Medicaid regardless of whether they earn an amount be described as a sensible income. If they do not have Medicaid and in addition don't have the money or any other type of health care insurance to cover treatment, they can check if they qualify for Medicaid and then enroll in an alcohol and drug treatment center which is approved in their state.
