Medicaid is a form of medical insurance available for many people who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to receive this government funded insurance. Whether or not a person is qualified for Medicaid doesn't only determined by their earnings however, and individuals shouldn't presume they don't qualify because they make a good income. If anyone is involved in drug abuse and wants help, they could use their Medicaid insurance coverage to obtain this help. If they don't have Medicaid and in addition don't have the cash or any other form of health insurance to cover rehab, they can determine if they are eligible for a Medicaid and then sign up for a drug and alcohol rehab facility that's approved in their state.
