Medicare is a type of health care insurance created by the federal government for seniors, along with people who have specific disabilities and illnesses. If a person that has Medicare needs rehabilitation for cases of drug or alcohol abuse, their treatment will either be covered in full by their Medicare health insurance or to a significant degree. Medicare Part An and Part B cover a variety of treatment solutions. Part A pays for an inpatient stay in a Medicare accepted facility in the event that the individual has to be hospitalized for their problem, and the costs that they will have to pay for personally are the same as any other stay in a hospital.
