Medicaid is a form of health care insurance available for those who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to obtain this government provided insurance. Whether or not an individual qualifies for Medicaid doesn't only depend upon their earnings however, and people shouldn't presume they don't qualify just because they make a reasonable income. If they do not have Medicaid and in addition don't have the money or some other kind of medical health insurance to cover rehab, they can find out if they qualify for Medicaid and then enroll in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility that's approved inside their state.
