Dual diagnosis rehabs are programs which provide treatment to handle both mental health and addiction issues at the same time. Dual diagnosis clients also benefit from behavioral treatment which will help them develop more efficient coping methods so they are better able to deal with life situations well once they depart dual diagnosis rehab as opposed to turning to drugs as a possible answer.
