Dual diagnosis rehabs are programs which deliver rehab to address both mental health and addiction issues simultaneously. Dual diagnosis clients also reap the benefits of behavioral treatment which helps them develop far better coping mechanisms so that they are better able to handle life circumstances better when they leave dual diagnosis rehab as opposed to returning to drugs as an inferior answer.
