A group home for anyone who has been involved in drug and alcohol abuse is a facility which provides continual support and assistance for people in recovery. A group home is ordinarily for troubled adolescents, but there's also group homes for individuals with a mental health disorder or who are encountering behavioral problems for example. As opposed to sending individuals who are experiencing drug abusedrug use or recovering from drug abuse to an orphanage, asylum or any other similar place, a group home will help provide an appropriate environment to help maintain stability inside their lives and still have counsel and support within reach around the clock.
