Group therapy offers a venue for important peer interactions to ensure rehabilitation clients can know they are not on their own, and that there is hope to resolve their challenge with drugs and alcohol. Individual counseling services may be more tailored for each individual so that their own challenges can be addressed in rehabilitation.
