Medicaid is a type of medical health insurance available for many people who are in certain income brackets which qualifies them to acquire this government provided insurance coverage. If they do not have Medicaid plus don't have the cash or another type of medical health insurance to cover treatment, they could determine if they are eligible for a Medicaid and then sign up for an alcohol and drug rehabilitation program which is approved within their state.
