Medicaid is a form of health care insurance available for individuals who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to obtain this government funded insurance coverage. Whether an individual is qualified for Medicaid doesn't only depend upon their earnings however, and individuals shouldn't presume they don't qualify just because they make a fair income. If they don't have Medicaid and also don't have the funds or another type of health insurance to pay for rehab, they could check if they are eligible for a Medicaid and then enroll in a drug and alcohol treatment center which is approved inside their state.
