Criminal justice client rehabs are available like a far better option than time in jail or heavy fines for many who have been convicted of any type of drug or alcohol related crime. For example, someone who has been found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be eligible to obtain rehab services for his or her problem as opposed to serving time in prison. The judge might order that the individual receive treatment, either alone or along with other sentencing. New offenders in particular are often given the ability to select a criminal justice client rehab as opposed to other sentencing, and it is highly recommended they take advantage of it if it is a choice. All indicators seem to be quite positive, and criminal justice clients that take part in rehabilitation have a better probability of remaining out of the system following rehabilitation.
