Medicaid is a type of medical insurance available for many people who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to obtain this government funded insurance. If they do not have Medicaid plus don't have the funds or some other form of medical health insurance to cover rehabilitation, they could determine if they qualify for Medicaid and then sign up for a drug treatment facility which is approved within their state.
