Medicare is a type of health care insurance developed by the federal government for senior citizens, along with people who have specific disabilities and diseases. If someone that has Medicare needs treatment for cases of drug or alcohol abuse, their rehabilitation will either be covered completely by their Medicare health insurance or to a great degree. The one catch is, the person must acquire treatment from the drug rehab facility which accepts Medicare. Before the individual will be permitted to start rehab, they may also have to visit their primary care physician who must declare that rehabilitation services are medically necessary, and the physician will generally approve what type of rehab the individual will take part in. Medicare Part An and Part B cover several types of treatment solutions. Part A covers an inpatient stay in a Medicare accepted facility when the individual should be hospitalized for problem, along with the costs which they willwill have to pay for personally are the same as every other stay in a hospital. Part B will partially cover outpatient treatment in the Medicare accepted program, and the individual will have to cover whatever Medicare Part B doesn't cover with supplement insurance coverage or they've got to self pay.
