If an inpatient program could be the preferred rehab option, TRICARE covers a 3 week period or one inpatient stay in this center per benefit period which is every 12 months. There are specific limits as to how much time a TRICARE member can remain in the inpatient facility that accepts TRICARE, then there is typically a 30-45 day window that's covered. TRICARE also covers family treatment which can be very beneficial, as it can certainly help include family members in the healing and process of recovery.
