Medicaid is a medical health insurance available for many people who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to receive this government provided insurance coverage. Whether a person qualifies for Medicaid doesn't only depend on their earnings however, and individuals shouldn't assume they don't qualify simply because they make a reasonable income.
