Group therapy provides a venue for important peer support to ensure that rehabilitation clients can know that they are not on their own, and that there is hope to resolve their challenge with alcohol and drugs. Individual therapy services may be more tailored for each person to ensure their unique problems can be handled in rehabilitation.
