Medicare is a form of medical health insurance designed by the government for seniors, as well as individuals with certain disabilities and diseases. If someone who has Medicare needs treatment for instances of drug or alcohol abuse, their rehabilitation will be either covered completely by their Medicare health insurance or to a great degree. The one exception is, the person will have to obtain treatment from an alcohol and drugs rehab facility which accepts Medicare. Before the person will be allowed to commence rehabilitation, they may also have to visit their doctor who must declare that rehabilitation services are medically necessary, and the physician will typically approve what type of rehab the individual will take part in. Medicare Part An and Part B cover different types of treatment solutions. Part A pays for an inpatient stay in a Medicare accepted facility if the individual has to be hospitalized for his or her issue, and the costs which they willwill have to pay for personally are identical to any other hospital stay. Part B will partially cover outpatient rehabilitation in the Medicare accepted facility, and the individual will have to cover whatever Medicare Part B doesn't cover with supplement insurance coverage or they've got to self pay.
