Medicaid is a type of medical health insurance available for many people who are in specific income brackets which qualifies them to acquire this government funded insurance coverage. Whether a person is qualified for Medicaid doesn't only depend on their earnings however, and individuals shouldn't presume they don't qualify just because they earn a good income.
