Offering gender-specific rehab services has shown to be very helpful in circumstances where conventional rehab settings have not meet expectations, such as coping with situations inside a women's life that are unique and painful. Women also utilize the beneficial support from their female peers, plus some programs which offer rehabilitation services to women also provide client beds for their young children.
