However, drug and alcohol rehab counselors who offer rehab to hearing impaired individuals understand the challenges that these clients face. ASL rehab services are of course a necessity, as well as rehab services which address the unique challenges that hearing impaired individuals face. Group therapy offers a venue for important peer support so that rehab clients can know that they are not on their own, and that there is hope to resolve their challenge with alcohol and drugs. Individual therapy services may be more tailor-made for each person to ensure that their own personal challenges can be treated in rehab.
