Medicaid is a health care insurance available for those who are in certain income brackets which qualifies them to acquire this government provided insurance coverage. Whether or not an individual is qualified for Medicaid doesn't only depend on income however, and individuals shouldn't presume they don't qualify because they make a fair income.
