Criminal justice client rehabs can be considered as being a far better option than incarceration or significant fines for those who have been convicted of any type of alcohol or drug related crime. For instance, somebody who has been in prison for driving while impaired of drugs or alcohol may be eligible to receive treatment services for his or her problem as an alternative to serving time in jail. The judge may even order that the individual receive treatment, either alone or in addition to other consequences.
