If an inpatient facility will be the favored rehab choice, TRICARE will cover 21 days or one inpatient stay in this particular center per benefit period which is every 12 months. There are specific limits as to just how long a TRICARE member can stay within an inpatient center that accepts TRICARE, and there is typically a 30 to 45 day window which is covered.
