Offering gender-specific rehab services has shown to be beneficial in circumstances where standard rehab facilities have fallen short, including dealing with situations within a women's life that are unique and distressing. Such troubles may pertain to sexual abuse, physical abuse, psychological abuse, eating disorders, one's family and being a mother, or another significant issues which are specific to women.
