Treatment for adolescent and teen drug or alcohol addiction is available for youth who'd otherwise ruin their future due to substance abuse. Even if their substance abuse issue is very advanced, and their parents have lost all hope that there's anything which can be done about it, something can be done about this if actions are taken immediately to address the situation. It's not wise to let adolescent or teen drug abuse problem advance until the teen is at "rock bottom". The quicker parents as well as other family members come into the picture, the better.
