Medicare is a kind of health insurance designed by the federal government for older persons, in addition to people who have certain disabilities and diseases. Medicare Part B will partially cover outpatient rehabilitation in a Medicare accepted facility, and the individual will need to cover whatever Medicare Part B doesn't cover with supplement insurance coverage or they'll have to self pay.
