Medicare is a form of health insurance developed by the government for seniors, and also people who have certain disabilities and diseases. When someone that has Medicare needs rehabilitation for cases of drug or alcohol abuse, their treatment will either be covered in full by their Medicare insurance or to a significant degree. The only real catch is, the individual will need to receive treatment from your drug rehab facility which accepts Medicare. Medicare Part B will partially cover outpatient rehabilitation in the Medicare accepted center, and the individual will have to cover whatever Part B doesn't pay for with supplemental insurance coverage or they've got to self pay.
