TRICARE is health insurance which is offered to members of the armed forces of the United States. People with TRICARE will naturally have to have a prior approval before partaking in any sort of treatment service, that may be organized using their regional TRICARE representative. If an inpatient program could be the preferred rehab choice, TRICARE covers a three week period or one inpatient stay in such a center per benefit period which is every 12 months. There are specific limits as to how much time a TRICARE member can stay within an inpatient program that accepts TRICARE, and there's typically a 30 to 45 day window that's covered. TRICARE also covers family counselling which is often very beneficial, as it can certainly help include family members in the healing and recovery process.
