Hearing impaired persons generally have a greater likelihood of drug use issues because of their impairment, and treatment services have to be at hand which cater to their circumstances. ASL rehabilitation services are definitely a must, as well as rehabilitation services which address the unique challenges that hearing impaired individuals encounter.
