A group home for someone who has been involved in drug abuse is a place which offers continual support and assistance for individuals in recovery. A group home is ordinarily for troubled adolescents, but there's also group homes for individuals with a mental health disorder or who are encountering behavioral problems for example. Instead of sending people who are experiencing substance abuse or recovering from drug abuse to an orphanage, asylum and other similar facility, a group home may help offer an acceptable environment to help individuals maintain stability in their lives and have counsel and assistance within reach 24/7.
